Pacific Panels Inc. has the in house capability to cut aluminum honeycomb core to +- 0.015 & perform precise drilling, cutting, & machining using our CNC Router. Our in house capability to cut aluminum honeycomb core makes it easy for our customers to achieve any desired thickness of aluminum panels (+- 0.015). Custom aluminum panel thicknesses along with other custom facings (see panel selection link for more details) gives our clients the flexibility to choose the best panel options to fit their applications. Also, our 5’x10’ CNC Router greatly expands our capabilities to take on even the most intricate customized projects requiring precise drilling, cutting, and machining.
