Pacific Panels Inc. facilities are located
in a 20,000 sf building at the corner of Airport Connector Road
and 98th Avenue in Oakland, California. We have been in this
building since 1996 moving from a smaller 12,000 sf facility.
The plant is centrally located right next to the Oakland International
Airport. We have easy access for air and ground shipments. Our
manufacturing center includes specialty processing equipment
for the |
manufacture of honeycomb core panels, including bonding presses,
a honeycomb saw, which enables us to readily
cut materials to the desire thickness for fabrication
and lead time reduction. Our in-house inventory of raw materials
is extensive and includes sheeting (skin) materials, extrusions,
adhesives, core materials in different cell sizes and various
custom fabrication components. |
