Standard panels are 48" wide and any length up to 14' long. Custom sizes are available up to 6' wide and 20' long or 4' wide and 30' long. Standard panel thicknesses are ¼", ½", 1 ¾" and 1 7/8". Other thicknesses are available upon request.

Front and back facings can be coated with a wide varietyof Powder or Roll Coated finishes. Decorative surfaces can be adhered to the facings. Inserts, hard spots (for mounting/installation), sealed edges, formed, shaped and custom fabricated designs can be manufactured. Our panels offer ease of installation, durability, strength, increase safety due to the panels lightweight (compared to other standard materials) and 'high tech' uniqueness.

Pacific Panels vacuum process insures that all panels are bonded sufficently for your application and allows us to incorporate a multitude of design innovations into your panels.

Our versatility shows from our non-outgasing honeycomb aluminum panels for sensitive Semiconductor cleanrooms and art preservation projects to the decorative laminate, veneers and metal finishes suitable for a structural as well as esthetic purpose. Using decorative laminate, veneers and metal finishes as well as our standard based aluminum panels, our panels are less than one half the weight of traditional materials.

For walls, floors, selves, tables and other component applications, we create countless new solutions for our customers. Pacific Panels offers a wide range of lightweight strong and stiff panels consisting of aluminum, stainless steel, laminate, or wood facings bonded with a thermosetting epoxy adhesive using 3/4" or 3/8”cell size commercial grade aluminum honeycomb core.

Standard aluminum facing thickness is 0.032 (0.025, 0.040, 0.063 available). Standard colors for our aluminum panels are Polar White, Designer White, and Shell. Other colors and material facings are available depending on volume and lead-time requirements.
